    About Us

    Hunters Hill is a joint venture between Emil Anderson Construction of Kelowna and Hunter’s Hill Holdings of Summerland.

    The Summerland housing project consists of over 140 single family lots set amidst more than 80 acres of preservation areas bordering over 500 acres of crown land overlooking Okanagan Lake.

    The massive infrastructure investment underway by the joint venture group includes new roads, upgrading an existing road, construction of a new reservoir and 2 new booster stations, extension of municipal sewer services, water services, electrical services, & lift station.

    Show home designs are underway, Phase One sales are open, and new home construction is expected summer 2020.
